Sexual abuse, depression, anger and violence. The real Fame Monster. - My opinion/analyze on the album.
More than 3 years since the release of Lady Gaga’s album called The Fame Monster and yet many of us still don’t know what is the real meaning behind her songs. When she released her album she appeared in many interviews and told us that it’s about her fears. From the videos of her singles we can see Russian brothels, homicide and men in high-heels but it’s more than that. I’d like to point out 4 songs.

Monster - The Fear of Sex
How could I start, the song is pretty much amazing, The lyrics and the synths are beyond perfect but the song in my opinion isn’t just about a guy with a monster dick. There were many hints and rumors that maybe Gaga was sexually harassed in the past and the song is just a plus. I think it’s about a nice guy you meet who turns out to be a fully different person ergo a Monster. It’s about her boyfriend who once forced her to have sex, during the chorus she sings “Could I love him” It’s her confussion about the person, she loves him but what he had done to her was cruel and 100% not the right thing to do. Many person who were sexually abused, raped feel guilty and emberassed about what happened to them because they mostly know the person who did that to them and a lot of times they are convincing the victim that it was their own fault. + I really feel that this song is a connection between the album “The Fame” and “The Fame Monster” she even quote Just Dance in it.

So Happy I Could Die - The Fear of Addictions.
Addictions like sex, drug and depression. This could sound weird but in my opinion depression is some kind of addiction to sadness, it’s both hard to quit using drugs or quit being sad. It’s like a plague you have to fight. I think this song is about her years after she left her family and moved to her own flat. She said she was addicted to cocaine and many other drugs, I feel the song is something more positive than what this sounds now, it’s about the hope to reach her dreams that once it will be over.

Alejandro - The Fear of Men
Now one of my favorites, the fear of men. At first I never knew what it’s all about but it’s linked to Monster somehow. I believe it’s her fear about man abusing and molestating a woman. I can’t really write about this song since It’s still hard to me to see what she really means but I’m sure it’s more than just 3 guys flirting with you.

Bloody Mary Now you may ask “why that song, it’s not even on the album” I can explain. As we know Bloody Mary was a demo for The Fame Monster in the beginning, I feel that if it was on the album it would be the The Fear of Anger/Cruelty.Gaga places herself in the role of Saint Mary, Mother of Jesus. The song is about the anger and sadness after losing a family member. She mentions Michelangelo in the song singing that “he can’t rewrite the agro of her furied heart”. Michelangelo has a famous statue called Pietà. On the statue we can see Saint Mary holding the dead body of Jesus and Mary has a really calm face. What Gaga really wanted to say with this lyrics was that time can change many things about a story but it can’t change what really happened. She means that even tho Michelangelo carved her face like that and people think what they think Mary was angry. (It was her own son for god’s sake) But back to the song; it’s about the love between parent and their children (?) She protects her family “I’m ready for their stones” or maybe it’s about her protecting her fans from the cruelty. Anyway the song surely has a TFM feeling.

I know these may sound a bit messy but I hope you get what I wanted to tell. It’s been so long since the release yet the album is still flawless.
Not just hear the music, listen to it.
